Overview
It’s very simple, for every 15 minutes you spend with your therapist, you will receive one Treat Point, with a minimum of one point being awarded per visit.
For example, an Eyebrow Wax will earn you one point (15 minutes) and an Aromatherapy Massage will earn you four points (60 minutes).
Your Treat Points will be added to your reward card after every visit.
Available Treats
40 points – Anti Stress Back Neck & Shoulder Massage
50 points – Luxury Manicure
50 points – Luxury Pedicure
60 points – Any 60 Minute Facial
60 points – Personalised Aromatherapy Massage
To spend your points, call us to make the booking of your choice from those available and let us know that you wish to treat yourself using your points
The Boring Terms and Conditions
2. Reward points are non-transferable, non-refundable and have a zero cash value.
3. Reward points are valid for use from Monday to Thursday between 1000-1430 hrs.
4. Reward points cannot be redeemed against a treatment unless mentioned at the time of booking.
5. Failure to show for treatments at the time and date requested or not giving adequate notice for cancellations will result in reward points automatically being deducted from the total balance.
6. On treatments where any pamper points are redeemed, no pamper points are awarded.
7. Pamper points may not be earned where services are discounted unless otherwise stated.
8. We reserve the right to update our Terms & Conditions and the amount of pamper points required without prior notice.
